How exciting is this?! I have been a bit quiet lately. Yes, it is THAT time of year again.. CONVENTION!!!!!!

However, I was not able to attend this year due to life events that conflicted with the date.

But, that does not mean I can not share sneak peeks and announcements.

THIS being one of them!! A BRAND NEW Cricut Cartridge designed for the CARD MAKER!!!

You know, I can't wait to get my hands on this!! But, It looks like we will not be seeing this until late August. Until then.. we can get our crafty on with wonderful CTMH product.

Remember, The Spring/Summer catalog retires July 31st with new catalog going LIVE August 1st.

Can it really be FIVE Years?!

   I soooo LOVE what I do, that is does not even occur to me that I am working. But, I came home to a wonderful surprise this afternoon. After spending the morning helping my friend tend to her horses, this was waiting for me in the mail.

    It is hard to believe I have been a consultant with Close to My Heart for FIVE whole years now. I so love what I do, and sharing the love of all thing paper, ink, ribbon, embellies, etc... That it does not even feel like work to me.

   Close to My Heart goes out of its way for it's consultants and customers. I have never had an issue with customer service or products that being defective... So, to have this little bit of recognition.. really means a lot.

  I had been a little down lately, as I will not be attending national convention this year.. The FIRST one I am missing since becoming a consultant.. (They are SO MUCH FUN)... But, this makes up for it.... You can bet I will be there next year though.. You can't NOT go to Disneyland!!!!!!!

  Anyway, I just wanted to share my little love from a company that I LOVE!!!!

June 27th Class Sneak Peek!!!

Whelp, as usual I am a tad late posting my goings on on the blog.

I know, I know.. shame on me!!! But, I am here now to make amends.

I have been a busy girl prepping for a new card class that I will be giving next week.

I am so looking forward to meeting this group of crafty ladies and share some good crafty fun!!!  Anywho, I thought I would share a little sneak peak of what we will be doing in class.

This fun little card uses the star burst technique along with playing with water color pencils, a little glitter paper and a little bling finishes it off. I will list the supplies below, used to make this card.

Retiring Product List

Well, it's that time again! The Spring/Summer 2014 Catalog is just about at its end. That means new crafting goodies are just around the corner. So, if you have been holding out on those crafting items, you may want to hurry. The Retiring list has been posted and the items will sell out quickly. Specially, if you are waiting on certain color items. They always sell out first. So, be sure to check out the new retiring list. Once items sell out, they will not be restocked.

It's Graduation time .. AGAIN

So, I have three great kiddos. My oldest is currently serving in Afghanistan right now, and my middle guy will be graduation tomorrow. It is hard to believe how quickly time flies by. It seems like yesterday, that I was seeing him off to his first day of school. I guess, I should take comfort in knowing I have still have one baby left in high school. However, you will be seeing another grad post this time next year, as my daughter will be next.

On to the purpose of this post. I have had a full plate lately. Trying to plan for the BBQ that is to follow immediately after the ceremony, getting the kids ready for their trip to their Dad's for the summer, summer yard work, etc. Well, you get the picture. I did manage to make some of the decorations and thought I would share them with you. I had wanted to do so much more... but, life got in the way.

I have finally started playing with my Cameo that I got for Christmas. Have been loving every minute of it. Well, except for not yet figuring out some things I want to do. But, everything in time. :-)

I made two banners (only one is pictured below), Two box cards (again, only one is pictured below), and a few table decorations.
